Confirmation Information The time is drawing near for the completion of the Sacrament of the Confirmation. This sacrament completes the sacraments of initiation into the Catholic Church. This makes you adult members of the worship community but it does not end your time of learning. Your faith is one that is not stagnant. There is always something new to learn that helps develop your relationship with Jesus. Confirmation Retreat has been scheduled for Saturday September 8th beginning at 9 AM and finishing by 4:00 PM. It is suggested that you complete the afternoon by attending the 4:30 PM Mass. The Afternoon is MANDATORY for all candidates receiving Confirmation. It will be held in the Georgetown Hall. The cost is $30 which includes a lunch and snack. St. Mary Parish Georgetown-Rowley has been notified by the Archdiocese of Boston that Bishop Robert Hennessey will confirm our candidates. The date is Sunday October 5th@ 2:00 PM. St. Mary’s looks forward to sharing this day of confirmation with you and your families.
